Apple has introduced a major update to its Fitness+ service.

One of the main changes is integration with Strava fitness apps. Fitness+ users can now share their workouts on Strava. The app includes the previous episode, episode number, music genre, trainer name, and workout results.

Strava users with a paid subscription can also use Fitness+ for free for three months.

Apple said that in 2025, Fitness+ will offer workouts from famous trainers already on the Strava platform.

In addition, Fitness+ has new strength training, as well as yoga and meditation classes. [Apple]
