A difficult financial year, with shares losing 85% of their value since 2021, has resulted in delays and cancellations of many projects. But Ubisoft plans to restore the trust of players and strengthen its position in the market by relying on time-tested franchises.

The remake of Assassin’s Creed promises to take players back to the series’ roots using modern technology, including updated gameplay and improved graphics.

Far Cry 7 will be the continuation of one of the company’s most successful series, preserving its unique style and adding new mechanics.

Ubisoft also hopes that Assassin’s Creed Shadows, scheduled for release in February 2025, will be a success. The game is considered critical to the company’s future, especially amid rumors of a possible sale to Tencent.
