This confirmation highlights the company’s active collaboration with CD Projekt RED since the beginning of the game’s development.

The trailer shown at The Game Awards 2024 was created in Unreal Engine 5 using advanced RTX technologies. NVIDIA states that the game will be released with the integration of the latest graphics solutions, including ray tracing and artificial intelligence acceleration technologies.

CD Projekt RED said the trailer is “built on the same technology core that powers The Witcher 4” and provides “a cinematic look at what the team is aiming to achieve in the game.”

However, it is not yet known whether real-time gameplay can reach the level of quality shown in the trailer, even on a graphics card as powerful as the RTX 5090.
