Due to the large-scale cyber attack against telecommunications operators in the Republic of Crimea, service disruptions may be observed in the region, the Crimean Ministry of Information reported.

“There is a massive DDoS attack against large landline and mobile operators in the Republic of Crimea,” reports the department’s Telegram channel.
Technical specialists carry out all the necessary work and “successfully repel attacks”, but some services may still work “badly” (or not be available at all).
