The head of Amazon’s artificial general intelligence (AGI) group admitted that “hallucinations” are still an open problem in the industry but that his team is working to eliminate them.
Additionally, Amazon also needs to improve Alexa’s responsiveness as users expect quick responses. The head of Amazon AGI notes that achieving the ultimate goal of improving Alexa is a difficult task, given the multitude of integrated services.
