Gusev took the initiative to create a panic button in state services at the end of March 2024. He sent the corresponding proposal to the head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Maksut Shadayev. Gusev noted that the lack of an emergency call option on the portal is an omission, while the platform allows obtaining other services.

According to the deputy, the alarm button should be placed on the home page of “State Services” and in the application. The button should work on the principle of the telephone number “112” and transmit information directly to the emergency services.
