Kommersant reports that the demand for wireless headphones in Russia has grown by 10-15% in devices.
So, according to M.Video-Eldorado, in the first six months these sales volumes increased by 10%, to 5.7 million units, but in terms of money they fell by 5%, to 21 billion rubles. 60% of earphones sold are wireless models.
There is a shift in demand towards low-cost devices, including previously unknown brands. Other retailers are nominating Xiaomi, JBL, and Apple specific earphones.
According to MTS, sales of TWS headphones in Russia in the second quarter in unit terms increased by 15% to 1.8 million devices, worth about 6.4 billion rubles.
Andrey Nikitin, commercial director of the department for the development of trade events in Morocco, F-Plus Mobile, said that 80% of devices sold are copies of AirPods and AirPods Pro. Separate cases of detection of True Wireless Leef MW-TWS-003 and True Wireless Luazon Home i12 at a price of up to 2 thousand rubles.
