The state deputies of the DUMA have developed a bill that proposes to completely prohibit the billing of the wipes in the territory of Russia, the fluids containing nicotine and the Testerotine fluids for them. The changes will affect the law “on the state regulation of production and replacement of tobacco products, tobacco products, products containing nicotine and raw materials for its production,” TASS said.

“The bill is proposed: prohibit billing, including importation in the territory of the Federation of First Nicotine Matters, liquids containing nicotine, fluids and tessnicotine devices for consumption,” follows the document.

The bill will also limit the production and property of technological equipment for the manufacture of vayers and liquids for them. The authors of the initiative hope that thanks to their waips they will disappear from the store shelves.

“You need to prohibit completely. Otherwise, all this will continue. It is strange to produce rooms, they must go somewhere if they are carried out in Russia, ”said the co -author of the bill, president of the Duma Youth Policy Committee, Artem Metelev.

On January 20, the state president of the Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, proposed to prepare a bill between fraction in the complete prohibition of vain and liquids for them. Volodin said the document “would prepare correctly”, since “almost all factions talked about their need.”

On January 21, the State Duma adopted a law on the increase in fines for selling wipes to children. For people, the sanctions for violations will amount to 300 thousand rubles, for officials, up to 700 thousand rubles and for companies, up to 2 million rubles.
