The increase in capital was recorded in the Registry of Unified Legal Entities of the State on January 24, 2025.

Denisov in a conversation with RB.RU confirmed that changing actions is a technical moment and the continuation of business restructuring, began in September.

Brandquad was founded in 2015. The main product of the company is a platform that collects and stores information on goods, monitors its relevance and allows you to automate the process of placing goods in any sales channel. In September 2024, the French company, which previously belonged to 100%, completely left Brand Kavad LLC participants.

On September 12, a foreign structure transferred an action to the founders, and on September 19, the last 35% began to belong to LLC itself. As a result of the transaction, the participation of Fri Invest LLC (cold structure) decreased from 30% to 25.23%. The RB.RU Foundation said the change “is temporary and happened as part of the business restructuring: its division in the international units and Russians necessary in the current realities for effective and safe work.”

Denisov told RB.ru that changes are not related in any way to sanctions. According to the co -founder, only the separation of assets took place formally: the Russian company operates in the Russian market, French in Europe and customers remain in both markets. The businessman added that this is a very positive news for the company, since different units now does not affect the work of the other.

Brandquad has not yet clarified the destination of the French partner’s investment: BPI France Bank, which in 2021 invested 1 million in international development.
