“Our company does not plan to reduce specialists, both in it and in other functional areas. We have ambitious objectives in the framework of the commercial strategy, which provide the expansion of competencies, even by attracting new strong experts to the company. For example, for the current period, more than 100 vacancies have been opened in IT controls, and there are trends to increase the need for personnel by 2025, ”said Batina.

The publication of EAN Russia published information with reference to a source about allegedly planning reductions to Yekaterinburg’s company, including the SKB contour.

“Optimization is already being carried out in companies such as SKB Contour, large online platforms and aggregators, as well as in banking organizations. First, companies get rid of staff with a low level of work quality, which does not correspond to the declared salary and inability to work on the team, ”said the publication.

“Skb Contorn”: a group of companies that develop an ecosystem for the “contour” business, invest in education, infrastructure and IT community. Income by 2023 amounted to 32.6 billion rubles (+23.6% compared to 2022). Around 12 thousand employees work in the SKB Contour group. The company’s headquarters is located in Yekaterinburg.
