The entrepreneur presented an appeal before the tenth Court of Appeal of Arbitration on January 28. A day later, the court accepted it for production. The next meeting in this case will take place on February 26.

The development of Kim and VB, which built stores for Wildberries, filed a lawsuit against Bakalchuk in the Moscow region’s arbitration court in October. Familiar with the content of the Vdomo document, he said that the demand was associated with losses incurred by the “development of the WB”.

According to the interlocutor, the advances for 37 billion rubles for the construction of stores were withdrawn from the company at the request of Bakalchuk, and the relevant services were not provided. Kim confirmed this information, emphasizing that Bakalchuk’s team threatened the entire business.

In December, the court refused to satisfy Kim’s claim and the “development of WB” to Bakalchuk to recover 37 billion rubles. When commenting on the judicial decision, Bakalchuk said the lawsuit was “originally convicted.”
