Users complained that in iOS 18 it is impossible to periodically save photos after editing.
Bag found in built-in app Photo. As soon as you want to save the result, an error appears on the screen: “An error occurred while saving this photo. Please try again later.” We at iPhones.ru also encountered this problem.
Most often, complaints come from iPhone 16 owners, but I also have older models. The bug continues with the very first version of iOS 18 and persists even in the latest beta version of iOS 18.2.
It is not yet known what is causing this error; canceling the edit and redoing it helps. We are waiting for fixes from Apple. [9to5]
