The transaction will remain in cash format. It is planned that the main opi is carried out in 2028. For this, the “unique robots” will become a joint company and will assign up to 20% of their future net earnings and capitalization for the income of private shareholders.
The company expects when its income will reach the exchange of 770 million rubles to 1 billion rubles. In addition, before the initial placement, the “unique robots” will carry out two main risk transactions with institutional investors.
The money borrowed will be aimed at climbing existing projects and launching new ones. The first implementations are expected in 2025 in Istok-Prom LLC -one of the largest companies to sew corporate clothing and personal protective equipment.
In addition, the “unique robots” plan to enter the robotization segment of assembly lines and offer their solutions for metallurgy, pipe products, automaker and electronics.
“Unique robots” were founded in 2022 by graduates from the Moscow School of Administration “Skolkovo” by Mikhail Krapivny, Artem Roshkovan and Daniel Shadaev. The company produces industrial-manipulative robots for import substitution.
According to Rusprofile, in 2023, Unique Robots LLC registered a net loss of 6.2 million rubles. In December 2022, the company attracted 180 million rubles from a group of private investors.
