The study was conducted in October 2024. Its results are based on a survey of 1027 employees and 105 employers, as well as a series of interviews with the senior managers of large organizations. Most respondents work in Moscow, a small percentage in St. Petersburg.

The percentage of employers who support such services turned out to be much lower. The parking and cost of the facilities are more important for them.

The study also showed that although most employees work today in open space format offices, only 40% of respondents consider such design and 60% would prefer offices.

The motivation to visit an office for 65% of the employees surveyed was an atmosphere that allows them to concentrate on work and quickly discuss tasks with colleagues. Only 17% of respondents noticed that they go to the office due to employers’ requirements.
