The Russian Court prohibited Google from continuing the procedures in California

On January 24, Google Ireland Limited appealed to the California court with a statement on the prohibition of Gugl LLC, Talyarovsky and its representatives to participate in the case of bankruptcy considered by the Moscow Arbitration Court. The court in California introduced preliminary temporary restrictions: prohibited Moscow’s arbitration trial from continuing to consider cases referring to its competence.

Talyarovsky’s request, which became familiar with the “vedomososti”, affirms that the intermediate measures taken by a foreign court are not forced to enforce in Russia.
