According to Rospotrebnadzor’s office in Moscow, we are talking about a network branch at the Bolshaya Dmitrovka Street, House 32 Building 1. As a result of the audit, the department eliminated at least 28 kg of culinary products from the restaurant’s restaurant.
Previously, the media reported that Rospotrebnadzor was also closed by the Villa Pasta restaurant in Pyatnitskaya Street, the house 26. Of the audit materials that the restorers did not support the “state of satisfactory production” (the commission did not discover any detergent disinfectant, no a place to change the staff in clean work clothes).
The department also points out that before admission to the kitchen, employees did not perform a mandatory medical audit for the presence of signs of infectious diseases. In the Pyatnitskaya restaurant, 157 kg of culinary products from the sale were eliminated.
Similar problems in network restaurants are not uncommon. For example, in December last year, Rospotrebnadzor was forced to similarly suspend the activities of two Coffee Meremnia in Moscow.
