In the construction stage, 63% are ready to purchase a home.
Among the leading regions in terms of IT mortgage loans are Moscow and the region, St. Petersburg, the Sverdlovsk region, the Krasnodar Territory and the Novosibirsk region.
The program of preferential mortgages for IT specialists was launched in Russia in May 2022. It will be able to be issued by employees of reputable companies in the field of information technologies. The authorities expect to issue about 50 thousand loans by the end of 2024 for a total amount of 240 billion rubles.
