Criterion Games, which is now responsible for the latest episodes of NFS, focuses on developing a new game in the shooting series.
Previously, a small team continued to support the need for speed attachment, but the new project has not yet been announced. This means that the series will take the longest break since 1994.
According to Vince Zapopell, EA used the players to rapidly collect the relevant investigations this year. Now developers plan to restart the series in a new format, but this won’t happen before 2026.
