The average fast-ruse food allocation control grew by 10%

The results of the “index verification” were shared by publication of RBC. Analysts took into account the data of fast food restaurants with the exception of street food, points without seats. In 2023, the average control in fast food restaurants was 548 rubles.

Food expenses in fast food in Moscow were higher than on average in Russia: 649 rubles. During the year, the average control in the institutions of the capital grew by 11% (of 584 rubles).

According to experts, one of the reasons for increasing fast food costs is the increase in prices. Others are accelerating the rhythm of life and the lack of will to cook independently, as well as an increase in income in the regions.

In 2024, the Russians had 5% more likely to attend fast food, than a year earlier. At the same time, according to RBC’s investigation, Russia residents, 18 to 54 years old attended fast food institutions 18.1% more often than in 2023.

The average check and dining rooms, according to the “Index Camp”, in 2024 also increased by 10% to 740 rubles. Campaigns in restaurants and bars increased by 12%, up to 1803 rubles.

Last week, the results of the Russian standard bank study, according to which the cost of a fast food campaign was known in 2024, increased by 23.6%, from 377 to 466 rubles. The average control in Russian restaurants increased by 11.4% and amounted to 1896 Rublos.
