February 9, 8:07:00, Moscow time, the PlayStation support service wrote in its X-Acount account that PSN services are completely restored “after the operational problem.”

PlayStation apologized for discomfort and thanked the players “for patience.”

As compensation, the company extended the PlayStation Plus subscription for five days for active subscription owners. On compensation for users who are not subscribers of Plus, it was not said.

The PSN failure occurred on the night of February 7. Users had problems connecting to the server and entering the personal account. The service was not available for more than a day.
