According to them, the growth of lemonade without sugar was stronger than in general in the category of soft drinks, which increased by 3% in kind and 18% in money during the year.

Growth occurred after a significant decrease in demand in 2023. Then, sugarless soda sales decreased by 12.7% both in quantitative and monetary terms, compared to the previous year.

The increase in sugar -free lemonade sales confirms in retail trade. The Retail Network of Pyaterochka (included in X5) reported that sugar -free carbonated beverages in natural terms increased by 40%. Sales of all types of carbonated drinks increased by 17%.

In Magnet, the demand for sugar -free carbonated drinks during the same period increased by 58% in kind, said a representative representative to the newspaper. Metro, sales of the entire category of carbonated drinks increased by 30% in kind, and sugarless beverages increased by 26%, the press service indicated.

The experts interviewed by the newspaper were connected with the market adaptation to the departure of Western players. According to the president of the Association of “English All” by Alla Andreeva, the new national brands sought to strengthen their positions and attract consumers, launching products with updated recipes, including options with reduced calorie content.
