In September, Blum received investments from the former Binance Laboratories of the Risk Unit (now called YZI LABS), but did not reveal the amount of investments. In exchange for investment, Binance received the percentage of future tokens Blum.

Blum was launched by Kostarev and Peerkis in 2024. The service is a application for decentralized negotiation that offers access to tokens in centralized and decentralized exchanges, as well as a simplified trade of derivatives in the telegram mini-up.
