However, Donald Trump’s administration decided to temporarily suspend the implementation of this law. In January, Trump ordered the general prosecutor not to take action to block Tiktok within 75 days.

Despite Tiktok’s temporary return, the future in the United States remains uncertain. Legislative bodies are concerned that the Chinese company can transfer data to Chinese authorities by the Bayta, which belongs to Tiktok. According to Chinese laws, companies are required to provide information at the request of the government.
Tiktok representatives refused to comment on the situation.
