Previously, Tiktok was removed from the App Store and Google Play in connection with the law adopted in 2024 and banned the application as a Chinese origin. However, Donald Trump’s administration decided to temporarily suspend the implementation of this law. In January, Trump ordered the general prosecutor not to take action to block Tiktok within 75 days.

As a result, on Thursday evening, the application has become available for users again. The first was reported by Bloomberg News.

Despite Tiktok’s temporary return, the future in the United States remains uncertain. Legislative bodies are concerned that the Chinese company can transfer data to Chinese authorities by the Bayta, which belongs to Tiktok. According to Chinese laws, companies are required to provide information at the request of the government.

Tiktok representatives refused to comment on the situation.
