Amir Sarakov, vice president of Superjob for the development of strategic associations and working with young specialists, believes that the new address will be relevant to representatives of small and medium enterprises that need to look for staff, including the highly qualified ones.
“At the same time, their personnel retention budgets will not be compared with the largest Russian companies, this is obvious. We consider that it is extremely important to support private entrepreneurship and help companies compete for staff, ”said Sarakov.
