“The medium salary is like an average, only with greater precision. This is the level above and below which the same number of specialists receives the salary, ”explained the study authors. According to them, in Russia, the average salary of IT specialists is 180 thousand rubles, which is 19% more than in the first half of the year.

In addition to Moscow, the leaders in the size of the average salary were St. Petersburg (184 thousand rubles, an increase of 12%), Nizhny Novgorod (170 thousand rubles, +21%), Novosibirsk (165 thousand rubles, +10%) and Samara (165 thousand rubles, +18%).

In the regions of Russia, the average salary increased by 15%, to 150 thousand rubles. However, ITSHNIDs receive less in 17%than on average in the market. In the first half of the year, the difference was 11%.

The smallest average salary of IT specialists in the second half of the year was observed in UFA (141 thousand rubles, +1%), Chelyabinsk (140 thousand rubles, +2%) and WHO (133 thousand rubles, +11%) .

The career analysts had also shared data on the salary of IT schools in several fields. The salaries of information security specialists (in 21%, up to 157 thousand rubles) and evaluators (20%, up to 150 thousand rubles) have grown significantly. In the development of wages increased by 12%, to 205 thousand rubles, and in administration, administration and design, by 11%, up to 200 thousand, 167 thousand 102 thousand rubles, respectively.

In total, 66 thousand specialists from different cities and companies in Russia participated in the study. The study is based on data on ITSHNIKs, which they indicated in the calculator “Hobr Carrera”.
