Samsung has not released a UI 7 based on the Galaxy S24 series and other devices, the new shell is only represented on the Galaxy S25 line. According to reports, the update cannot be used earlier than April or May.
However, according to the Android Authority portal, Samsung will “go to the front” by publishing the One UI 8 update based on Android 16 of the previously planned deadline dates. Latest information leaks show possible version of Android 16 in the second quarter of 2025. Samsung is likely to need additional time to test a UI 8. The Galaxy S25 series is expected to be the first to receive the platform update because it works at a UI 7.
