OUD suspended the work of two more traffic lights in Moscow

The reason was a violation of sanitary and epidemiological norms. One of the legal entities of the Network – LLC Torgservice 150 found guilty under part 1 of Art. 6.3 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.

Previously in Moscow, several stores have already been suspended: in the areas of Novokosino, Mitino, Nagatinsky Zaton and Lortovo, they closed. Vedomini at the end of January reported that the closure was threatened in half of the stores in Moscow and the Moscow region.

The traffic lights began to close after the inspections of Rospotrebnadzor related to violations of health legislation. Since December, the discount network closed more than 200 points of sale (9.8%decrease), Kommersant reported with reference to Infoline Analytics data. The store controls took place in 14 regions, even in the Kurgan, Lipetsk, Perm, Sverdlovsk and Yaroslavl regions.

The suppliers began to refuse to cooperate with the retailer: they complained that the retail network returns their goods without problems, even in cases where there were less than 30 days before the expiration of their expiration date. The State Duma Committee on the protection of competence against the context of this suggested that the Ministry of Industry and Commerce change the law on trade, prohibited retailers return products not made to suppliers.

On February 17, the “traffic light” said it was planning to demand competitors due to the propagation of inaccurate information about the imminent closure of network stores in Tver, Vladimir, Kirov and other areas. The retailer also intends to complain to the Federal Anti -Ponopoolio service in the unscrupulous actions of representatives of the competitive network in these regions.
