Saiberus announced an agreement with FACCT shareholders in November 2024. The agreement was closed on January 31. The shareholders of the new company became Saibus (47%) and private investors (53%), said in F6.

Now, the F6 is working on the update of the product line and the location of decisions “taking into account the largest market requests and relevant cyberosis,” said the company. In 2025, the new version of the malware detonation plans, which admits the Russian operating system based on Linux.
