How now? Women may prepare a maternity leave from the moment of registration at the prenatal clinic, it is derived from the bill. The explanatory note says that doctors now recommend registering in the first quarter (first 13 weeks). In fact, an inability certificate is issued for work in week 30, and self-maternity lasts 140 days 70 days before delivery and 70 days after them (if the birth was difficult-86 days, and if Twins were born up to 110 days).
Why do we need changes? The registration and presentation of a decree in a previous period will allow timely diagnoses and will take measures to preserve pregnancy, agents say.
The deadlines for the end of the holidays are not planned to change. According to the authors of the bill, many women prefer the family salary of the maternity license and continue working, but in accordance with the law, the possibility of early exit must be prescribed.
