“Access to the Internet resource BestChange has been restored due to the fact that there is no information that violates Russian legislation today,” said Ria Novosti in the RKN press service.
On February 10, Roskomnadzor reported that they limited access to BestChange “in relation to the violation of legislation in the financial sector.” What specific laws violated the aggregator in the RKN did not explain.
On February 9, their representatives wrote about BestChange’s block. According to them, the service continued to function at the time of access restriction. The senior analyst of the Nikita Zuboruev aggregator said that if “everything goes according to the standard scenario”, the unlocking could take approximately one week.

Roskomnadzor previously blocked the bestchange at least three times in 2017, 2019 and 2020, but the company’s lawyers managed to unlock every time, RBC said. The basis of the restrictions in the past times was the placement of information on Bitcoin, unlike federal laws.

According to the data on the BestChange website, the service has been operating since 2007 and “helps to find the exchange offices with the most profitable electronic exchange rates.”
