The limits of the territory of advanced development (Tor) “Primorye” in the Federal District of the Far East will increase by 36 hectares. This will create a recreational landscape group in the Patrocla Bay area. The corresponding decision was signed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin.

The new cluster will become an effective investment project, will create additional opportunities for small and medium enterprises, and in the district there will be another location with a comfortable urban environment: many public spaces, cultural centers, studies, etc.
The authorities also intend to equip an embankment of the modern city and celebrate other mass events in the Topi territory. The completion of the construction of the embankment is scheduled for 2028, the volume of private investments of the project will be 590 million rubles.
