“They don’t want to fall into tasks,” Bloomberg quotes Trump.

According to the president of the United States, Apple has already stopped the operation of two floors in Mexico and plans to transfer production to the United States.

Apple has not yet made public statements about the construction of companies in the territory of the States, however, according to Trump, the company “will announce this at some point” and intends to invest “very large amounts.”

The politician did not specify what particular companies are in question. Foxconn Technology Group, the world’s largest iPhone manufacturer, has a significant presence in Mexico. At the same time, the main production of Foxconn is concentrated in China, which, as Mexico, is one of the main objectives for the commercial duties of the United States.

On February 1, Donald Trump announced the introduction of 25%of duties over goods in Mexico and Canada and 10%for Chinese products.

These rates can negatively affect the business of the largest companies. In particular, the Auto Volkswagen concert said he expected “constructive negotiations” between the United States and Mexico to avoid a commercial conflict.
