The study has been carried out for 16 years and evaluates the frequency of faults in cars with a life of 13 to 48 months. Experts analyze problems in categories such as exterior, internal, multimedia, climate control, power plant and driver assistance system. The reliability of the machines is measured by the PP100 index (number of problems per 100 cars) – the lower the indicator is.
Between 2020-2023, 33,317 automobile owners who bought their cars participated in this survey. In total, 229 models of 44 brands were taken into consideration. The data gathered in 81 Chinese Cities between February and July 2024.
Hongqi showed the best results among Chinese brands and showed the minimum number of complaints from owners. This confirms the strategy of the brand and focuses on the quality, durability and satisfaction of customer needs.
In the Russian market, the Hongqi Series includes HS3, HS5 and Electric E-HS9 Crossovers, HQ9 Minivan and the sedans of the business and its representation H5 and H9.
