The first results of the test showed a positive dynamic: 72% of Chat Bota responses were complete and correct, and 18% of users entered an active dialogue with an assistant. As the Press Service of the Credit Institution to RB.RU said, technology uses modern Rag system (recovery and augsada system). It allows you to give more precise answers to the questions.

According to Denis Demchuk, head of the site development and the main sales of Alfa-Bank, the company seeks to make the process of choosing bank products the simplest and most convenient for customers as possible, and Ai-Asist is a promising step in the development of a personalized service approach.

They work on the basis of Gigachat’s artificial intelligence and can give several tips: for example, they can make an optimal route to travel, help organize a tour and explain the nuances of various financial products.
  • In January, Alfa-Bank introduced the popular Chinese model II Deepseek R1 into its infrastructure. As noted in the organization’s press service, “it will allow you to integrate advanced decisions for customers more efficiently.”
