The meeting was held in the District Court of Traktorozavodsky in Chelyabinsk. The company’s senior directors are accused of trying to receive a bribe at a scale especially to a large largest of article 30, part 6 of article 290 of the Criminal Code).

According to the IC of Russia, the defendant from September 1, 2024 to February 27, 2025 planned to receive 16 million rubles from a representative of a commercial organization. For a bribe, they promised to guarantee the signature without obstacles to the specifications to the contract for the supply of wheat, says the department.

The researchers arrested the defendants in the case after the transfer of the first part of the bribe for an amount of more than 1 million rubles: it was received by an intermediary of the MCFA managers. SK employees searches for the company, discover if there were other episodes of the crime.
