Financial Times reported this, citing a source in one of the largest transnational corporations in the United States. According to him, the company received a call from a Kremlin official with an offer to return.

The corporation told the Russian authorities that it was too early to discuss the return of its brands, said the FT interlocutor. However, “it is obvious that many companies are looking for these opportunities,” he added.

The newspaper indicated the rapid return to the Russian international business market, said the newspaper: many companies had to go through a “painful” that leaves the country, including the sale of assets at a small price. In addition, according to interlocutors, preliminary requests for lawyers on the steps that must be taken to resume activities in the country have appeared in Russian real estate and advertising markets.

The FT sources claim that it will be the fastest return to Russia with companies such as Netflix, The Coca-Cola Company and McDonald’s, since they have a simple business model.
