According to the department representative, the Monitoring and Management Center for General Use (SSAP TSMU) registered the “increase in user appeals on problems in the operation of banks” from 15:05 Moscow time February 28. At the same time, from 15:20 Moscow time, the number of complaints began to decrease.

In turn, in T-Bank he told RB.ru that the information about the problems was not reliable. “Everything works as usual,” said a representative of a credit institution.

According to Downdetector.SU, the total number of complaints about problems with the work of Russian banks on Friday, February 28 exceeded the 3,000 VTB, Sberic, T-Bank and other credit organizations about problems with the entry to the request and the transfer of money. In particular, some salary did not reach some, others did not rule out loan payments.

  • Charges with the work of banking services are not the first time in recent months. In January, a large -scale failure affected the work of bank applications, ties and many sites. In Roskomnadzor, they reported that there was a “short -term violation of coherence.”
