This was informed to RBC sources familiar with the case file. According to the publication, on February 28, the Court began to consider the case closed due to data on anti -terrorism security.

The completion documents, in particular, contain data on “schemes for the production of capital abroad and the measures made by the defendants to damage the country’s economic sovereignty,” said the source.

According to another interlocutor, in the Court, in particular, the materials of the criminal cases “are revealed on the theft of budgetary funds during the construction of the track and the violations of the legislation on the counteract of terrorism.”

The attorney general asked to close the process. In turn, representatives of Domodedovo, the owner of DM who holds Dmitry Kamenchik and the president of the Holding Valería Supervision Board Kogan opposed the closing of the case, claiming that “there was no information about the secret of the State in the materials.”

  • The Attorney General filed a lawsuit against Domodedovo at the end of January, after verifying the privatization procedure. According to Vdomosti, the department demanded to recover 100% of DMA Holding LLC in the State’s income, since the group, according to the Office of the Attorney General, was under foreign control.
  • In total, 32 accused are indicated in the lawsuit, including: Mason and Kogan, Domodedovo Catering, Domodedovo Integrashn, Domodedovo Kargo and Domodedovo Trading.
