ALFA-BANK launched a pilot project for a bank service for independent workers, which will effectively manage the customer base and automate customer recording. At the moment, it is used by more than a thousand users, the bank said.

According to Alfa-Bank, about 20% of independent workers in Russia still keep customer records in ordinary notes or Excel tables. To solve this problem, the bank has developed a “convenient” professional tool to work with customers. “With your aid, you can automate the online customer registration and keep your records in one place, effectively plan the working time and increase the flow of regular customers,” said Ilya Norin, head of the Development Department of the Alpha Bank segment segment segment.
The new product turned out to be in demand among entrepreneurs. According to Ilya Norin, in the first month of work, the service attracted more than 60 thousand self -employed.
In the near future, Alfa-Bank plans to improve the user interface and simplify the registration process through the ALFA ID, as well as climb an improved solution for all self-assembly banking clients. The service was developed together with the company “Propijid”.
