Google Corporation sent a complaint to the Moscow Chertovsky Court for an amount of 8 billion 8 million rubles for violation of antimonopoly legislation. The demand in the last case since 2022, when the fine amounted to 2 billion rubles. During this time, the amount increased four times.

The Corporation is considered a fine designated by the Judge of Justice of Judicial Section No. 235 of the Nagorny district for not paying the previous obligations (for the amount of 4 billion 4 million rubles), illegal. As previous fines, reminiscent of Ria Novosti.

In the summer of 2023, Google was forced to pay 4 billion 4 million rubles for non -payments of the previously designated fine, and a fine of more than 2 billion rubles was originally scheduled in 2022.

The FAS, as a plaintiff, still considers Google a monopolist with opaque procedures to block and refuse to block accounts and content. The corporation continues to challenge the fines imposed in the arbitration courts, but so far without success: the amounts are only growing.

In total, Google LLC had more than 21.5 billion rubles in Russia, and judicial claims against the Russian television channel corporation reached 1.8 rules of duodequions.
