Russian portal Auto.ru made the real stock of popular electric vehicles sold in the country. Seven models participated in the tests: Evolte I-Joy, Nio ES8, ORA 03 GT, Tesla Model 3, Moskvich 3e, Avatr 11 and Hongqi E-HS9. All cars started the route with the full charge of the battery and lasted from various cities, including Sergiev Posad and Dubnu at a temperature of 3 to 10 ° C.
The results have shown that the majority of the cars were lower than the manufacturer announced by the manufacturer. For example, a Evolte I-Joy electric car with a 407 km course is only 267 km. Moskvich 3E lasted 331 km instead of 410 km promised. However, the Chinese Avatr 11, despite its ambition, was announced at 116.79 kWh and 625 km, showing 487 km. ORA 03 GT, Nio ES8 and other cars such as Hongqi E-HS9 participated in tests that could not reach the notified indicators.
According to the results of the tests, the best results were shown by Avatr 11 electric cars in the ranking. Tesla Model 3 was the second place and third – Nio Es8. Despite different indications, all the tested cars have shown that the real range may be significantly different from the declared, which is important to consider when choosing an electric car.
