This offer will be valid until October 15, 2022 and can be used only once.
Today, for second homes and new buildings, as the head of Sberbank recalled, a mortgage can be issued at a rate of 10.5%.
Gref also highlighted that he sees a gradual recovery in the mortgage market. And although for December he still expects a decrease in loan issuance, this drop will not be critical.
"It makes sense to call the numbers closer to the end of the year, when the picture will be more complete," he said.
