As part of the new study, experts analyzed the data of 62,743 women over 24 years of age and 23,687 men. In women who consume flavonoids the most, the risk of weakness was 15% lower, the risk of violations of physical functions was 12% lower, and the probability of weak mental health was at least 12% lower than areas.

Participants, who became more than three portions than foods containing many flavonoids, were 6-11% lower in women, the probability of developing three negative outcome of aging, and the following 15% were the risk of weak mental health in men.
