The main difference between the new 3D nuclear and existing solutions, such as 3D V-Cache, is their architecture. In existing processors such as Ryzen 7 9800x3D, if a single 64 MB cache chip is used for the entire eight-core CCD, each separate 3D-YADRO will be its own cache chip in Zen 7.

The definitive features and details of the new architecture have not yet been announced, but if the rumors are confirmed, the Zen 7 may be the most powerful game processor on the market.
