A Moscow court has recovered 1.6 billion rubles from the insurance company Energogarant in favour of four legal entities associated with Restore Retail Group. The court brought the decision to Kommersant’s attention.
More than 1.56 billion rubles were recovered in favor of Restor LLC, 25 million rubles were recovered from the system integrator Inventive DLM, and 29 million rubles were recovered in favor of Premium Networks, which specializes in Xiaomi devices.
The fire that occurred at the Atlant Park warehouse complex in 2022 was recognized as an insured event. As a result of the fire, a building in which the stock trading equipment was located was completely burned down.
