According to Phoronix, the company has added the X86_feature_zen6 flag to the Linux core, which approved the preparation for the release of the new generation chips. The patch is marked as “emergency önünden showing the integration planned into the existing Linux 6.15 core cycle.
Until now, it does not reveal the basic features of the patch architecture, but it confirms that Zen 6 will use the Family 1AH process code similar to Zen 5. This may mean that new processors will have similar characteristics to the current generation, but the exact differences are still unknown.
