Lock ministries and services participate in the project: Minzifres, Ministry of Interior, FSB, Russia Bank and others. The largest banks, telecom operators and the national payment card system will join them. With common efforts, they will quickly define and suppress fraudulent schemes.
The main task is to develop combined data exchange formats and to automate this process. The new system will quickly define suspicious operations and prevent crimes. Particular attention will be paid to preventive measures.
The experiment will last until March 2026. During this time, project participants will determine which data is most effective to combat cyber criminals and will shake their interaction mechanisms.
