The device is made in the U.2 (15 mm) form factor and uses the PCIE 4.0 X4 interface (NVME 1.4A). Innovation is equipped with a 3D QLC NAND memory that allows you to reach records up to 7.3 GB/S and up to 2.8 GB/S.
Efficiency in random operations reaches 1.5 million IOPs while reading and 32 KBs with blocks and 15 thousand IOPs. However, the source of the device is small: only 0.5 DWPD (Re -saved a day) and the service life is announced on MTBF for 2 million hours.
Despite the recording container, similar SSDs are already available on the market. In particular, Solidgm, Kioxi and Phison had previously presented a 122 TB drive with similar features and faster interfaces (PCIE 5.0).
