The main innovation can be a new sensor from Sony 1/19 inches with 200 Megapixel resolution. For comparison: In the current Galaxy S25 Ultra, the Samsung ISOP2 sensor with the same resolution – 200 megapixels is used, but is slightly smaller (1/1.3 inches). The larger Sony sensor can catch more light, especially in the darkness that will improve the quality of the photo.
However, this sensor from Sony is likely to appear in the Galaxy S26 Ultra, but only in the Galaxy S27 ultra, which was expected only in 2027. These are just rumors and Samsung has not yet confirmed this information. And it is unlikely to approve.
