During a study published in the National Academy of Sciences Academy of Sciences in June, experts found that there was a lower level of activity the next day with a longer sleep than normal. And it’s just one of these results.
In total, within the framework of scientific study, experts analyzed the annual sleep and movement habits of 20,000 adults physically active. Participants wore Whoop Tracker for this.
As a result of the analysis, a scientist team discovered that it was associated with higher physical activity the next day for sleep. People who went to bed around 21:00 spent 30 minutes more than those who went to bed at 23:00 for a more moderate or intensive training for about 15 minutes and those who slept at 1 in the morning. The next day, the biggest increase in activity was that the participants stayed 1.5-3 hours before normal, and the sleep time was the same as usual.
Experts also found that less sleep is also related to more physical activity. For example, those who sleep less than 7 hours on average spent 17-30 minutes more than those who sleep on average of 7 hours in total motor activity and medium or intensive activity.
